William George Randall (1860-1905) native of Burke County, N.C., was an artist and portrait painter. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, 1884, and was apparently an instructor at the University of South Carolina, 1888-1889. He lived for a time in the west and was the principal of an institute in McKinnie, Tex. He lated returned to North Carolina and lived in Table Rock, Blowing Rock, and Raleigh, N.C.
